Purchasing Principle

Definition of Blind Box

“Blind box”: means that customers cannot identify which exact figurine of the series that they purchase before opening it. A regular figure will be replaced if the secret figure appears in the whole set.

NUMBER OF FIGURINES IN EACH SERIES VARIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PURCHASE OF A BLIND BOX WILL CONTAIN THE SECRET FIGURINE. WE ALSO CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT FIGURINE OF THE SERIES THAT WILL BE MAILED TO YOU, AND THE FIGURINES THAT YOU RECEIVE ARE RANDOM.

NOTICE:

  • Customers MUST carefully choose which product or series of Blind boxes they wish to purchase. We do not offer any refund or exchange because of a change of mind on your purchase.
  • Please be aware that purchasing a whole set won't guarantee the secret figurine
  • If there's a secret figure in a full set, it will replace basic figure randomly

Address Change Instructions

To ensure all orders to be processed and shipped as quickly as possible, shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been paid. We kindly remind all customers to carefully review and confirm their shipping information before completing payment, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to delivery issues or failed deliveries. If your order has already shipped and the address is incorrect, you may try contacting the courier directly once the package reaches the final delivery phase.

Change of Mind Returns or Cancellation

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases or cancellation. Please choose carefully as once an order has been paid, cancellation are not guaranteed. 
  • We do not accept order review, refunds or cancellation for packaging damage such as minor scratches, abrasions, dents on the product packaging, or slight changes to the shrink wrap that occur during express delivery and do not cause damage to the inner products

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (not the product packaging), or if you receive the wrong product (not applicable for blind box product), please reach out to us at enquiry@curatedcurio.com.au within 2 days upon delivery of your order. We may not accept or process any after-sales requests submitted by consumers after these specified time limit.

To help us assess the problem, please provide the following information:

  1. Details of the issue with the product
  2. 2 or 3 clear photos of the shipping container with the shipping label visible
  3. 2 or 3 clear photos of the internal packaging, such as wrapping or bubble wrap

If an item is misused or mishandled or damaged in transit unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any damage incurred.

Once your refund is approved, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method. We'll make sure to keep you informed every step of the way,
